Derek is a personal assistant you message on WhatsApp or SMS. It is in private testing. By messaging Derek you agree to these terms.
Testing
Derek is an early preview. It may be unavailable, slow or wrong, and features may change or stop without notice. It is free during testing.
Check what matters
Derek's answers come from AI and web searches and can be mistaken. Check anything important, such as times, prices and bookings, before relying on it. Derek is not a source of medical, legal or financial advice.
You approve every purchase
Derek never spends money or makes a booking without your approval of the exact details. You are responsible for bookings you approve and for the merchant's own terms, such as cancellation rules.
Fair use
Don't use Derek for anything unlawful, to harass anyone, or to try to break or overload the service. We may limit or end access that breaks these terms.
Your information
How we handle your information is set out in our privacy policy. You can delete your data at any time.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, Derek is provided as it is during testing, and we are not liable for losses from relying on its answers. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law.
