Good to know
Do I need to download an app?
No. Derek lives in WhatsApp and SMS, the apps you already use. There's a simple web page too, for things like your saved details and settings.
How do I start?
Join the waitlist. When your spot opens up, we'll send you the Derek number and a quick link to set up your account. After that, you just message it.
Can Derek spend my money without asking?
No. Anything with a cost waits for your approval of the exact details, and if the price changes, Derek asks again. You can reject any time, and nothing is bought until you approve.
What happens to my data?
Personal details and saved logins are encrypted, and they're used only for the tasks you ask for. You can see and edit what Derek remembers, and you can delete your account and everything in it in one step.
How much will it cost?
We'll share pricing before the public launch, and people on the waitlist will hear first.
Where does it work?
We're starting in the UK. WhatsApp works wherever you have data. SMS needs a UK mobile number for now.
